    Below is a list of third party tools included in this product and their usage policy as defined. This is to make you (our users) aware of the usage of third party tools, their policies and adherence to the legal aspects of using them in your product. Here is the complete list of external code included in our product and how you are entitled to use them, if you wish to.

     

    1. FFmpeg is a Codec to support variety of video formats and their usage policy can be viewed on their website which also has a compliance checklist for using FFmpeg in your project https://www.ffmpeg.org/legal.html. You can also find their reference in our website license http://www.medicalconnections.co.uk/kb/Video_support_with_FFmpeg
    2. JasPer Software License for handling JPEG 2000 file formats. Licence for using this Codec can be found int he Software License section in Appendix A  https://www.ece.uvic.ca/~frodo/jasper/jasper.pdf
    3. We have supported other JPEG formats with the help of Independent JPEG Group's software's Codec  http://www.ijg.org
    4. Microsoft's DirectX is used for GPU efficient processing and is available as a Viewer mode.
    5. Microsoft's Capicom is used for encryption to establish a secured connection.
